After a groundbreaking debut in model year 2017, the Chrysler Pacifica aims to outdo even itself with an exciting new feature of the technological kind. Beginning in model year 2018, the innovative minivan from the Chrysler Brand will offer available 4G LTE network connectivity and unlimited data from wireless service provider AT&T.
“The Pacifica’s new, faster 4G LTE network speed creates an in-vehicle Wi-Fi® Hotspot that keeps everyone in the family [or business] connected with up to eight mobile devices, making it easy to browse websites, check email and stream video,” said Tim Kuniskis, Head of Passenger Car Brands – Dodge, SRT®, Chrysler and FIAT®, FCA – North America. “Passengers can also make the most of the [available] Uconnect® Theater system by utilizing the 4G hotspot to stream content via HDMI connected devices.”
For 2018, Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus, Touring L, Touring L Plus and Limited models, and Pacifica Hybrid Touring Plus, Touring L and Limited models, will offer several different data plans from AT&T, including the following.
- Standalone unlimited plan offers unlimited data at $20 per month1
- Add your vehicle to your existing Mobile Share Value or Advantage plan, receive 1 GB of data for $10 per month2
- Day pass offers 250 MB at $5
- An included trial of AT&T Wi-Fi is available on properly equipped vehicles3

Not limited to the Chrysler Pacifica, on-demand 4G Wi-Fi hotspot capability will also be available in select model-year 2018 FCA US vehicles equipped with the Uconnect 4C or 4C NAV system with an 8.4-inch display. Learn more at https://www.driveuconnect.com/.
